If a person plays long enough he will probably have close hits. A few years ago I played 2 lines for Texas Lotto, which is a 6/54 game. I had 4 of the 6 correct on one line and the other 2 of the 6 correct on the other line. That's the closest I ever got to winning a multimillion dollar jackpot.

I've been one off on my SuperCash a number of times - which from buying multiple tickets - would have been in the millions.

But in the end 5/6 aint no 6/6 when you are one off - the loto don't care.

But for some reason I always remember that pick 4 the most haha

Hell, I missed an $8.4 Million Jumbo Bucks Lotto Jackpot by 1 number... I'm still in PAIN...!! and don't think I'll EVER recover...!!

Over a year ago I was feeling frisky about a pick 4 straight number - which is out of character for me - generally I only play state jackpot games (just recently trying p3/p4 for fun).

I honestly don't remember what the full number was, but I do remember I matched 3/4 numbers, my 4th was 1 number off. I was SO CLOSE.

Because I was feeling so lucky I had purchased multiple tickets for the straight number combo - I was sad when I missed.

I wanted to hit big.

I played $84 in most 429 Multiple times with Fireball for about 5 days and 292 was the quick pick.... It was for about a week and NONE of them showed up.... I was so sure that 429 would be coming up within that week. Had 429 shown up at least once, that would have been at least $500.....
