Your quote: you should ...... latest win. What I am asking is should there be an action verb such as count or use the latest data or something like that.

If you want to play daily pick 3 straight to break even you should latest win after around 487 games to break even or do better. The dollar of 500 days ago was worth more than your dollar of today. Think about it

I'm not an expert. I learned with Excel 2003. In the new versions I have to take a magnifier and a browser to find where is what. I took a class of VBA for Excel, also not at the nerd level. The rest is try and fail. ... Annuity is post-numerando but paid immediately. ... Don't forget the devaluation of the money. You all forget that part.

I didn't code for empty cell. Works for yours.

Empty cell returns 0, but is null or not filled cell.

A compare function might be written.

= match( ... ) - 1

Match returns the index of the first Cell found with the searched value.

Index returns the value of a Cell of a table by providing the row index and the column index.

Parameters can be optional, default ...

Index(...) = Value_at_row_column(...)

Match(...) = Index_of_value(...)

You can rename with VBA in the VBE.

it does not work and we want it to work right.

we put the wrong way and the right way

so the right way is the formula we would like.
