			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is the latest update to the Indiana/Iowa Date Workup Chart but marked up to show a different interpretation based on what has been happening in 2021. What is new and different here is that I threw out the rule about intermediate hits, like the one you see just below on 03/26/2021, and counted six days from the first hit to the second hit. When I did this to the Indiana data, the latest trend turned out to be all about that 6 day gap. All about it.
