So, there was an Undercover Lottery Official Sting where they tested some Lottery Clerks and a Certain Lottery Clerk told the truth and was like, You won $1,000. You REALLY need to sign your Lottery Ticket and send it in with Certified Mail. The Undercover Lottery Officials were impressed that not only did the Lottery Clerk tell the truth, she also gave good advice about signing the ticket and sending it through Certified Mail.
