Hi BT3100, I went ahead and looked at this game on the PA Lotto website since I've yet to really get into Fast Play games (which here in FL top out at $5, so not great price point variety.

You're definitely ahead of the odds winning 50% of games played, since 1/2.64 pegs out at about 38% winners. To me one of the ultimate measures of a game is overall payout %, and then of course how that payout is distributed among prize levels. PA Scratch off odds continue to creep against the player with every new game. You can feel it when you play. Less winners and many more winners equal to the ticket price, so not a winner at all. The one game that I've had success with recently is the $30 Fat Wallet fast play game. I know $30 is steep but the odds of winning are 1 in 2.64 tickets.
