My Lottery Apps were useless. They basically just told me the winning Lottery numbers(Which I could easily get from the internet) and wouldn't correctly scan my Lottery Tickets. I chucked them soon after installing

I always double check my tickets. For draw tickets, I both check the numbers online by hand and scan the barcode with my lottery app just to be sure.

Mostly free plays I lost in the past. I always cash the 3/5 prize and 4/5 right away.

Sometimes the tickets just go in the box and never come out. Especially with large wheels.

If you do a 100 dollar wheel, five days in a row, its gonna take quite some time to go through those suckers.

That is one of the drawbacks of big wheels.

Currently I have a bunch of 2/5 laying around that have actually gone missing.

My friend told me this story of how he forgot his lottery ticket until it was too late. I never said you did such a thing, nor did I say where the incident occured. But now that you mention it, he does live in Miami... hmmm

Back in my drunk and disorderly days of intermittent bachelorhood I would buy tickets and just throw them on my dresser at night and not be too diligent about checking them.

I had a good stack going for a long time with most of them probably expired and then I heard that a store I bought tickets at frequently had sold a big one that never got cashed. I think it was for 6 million if I recall. I didn't even wanna see if I had it. I throwed 'em all away. And that has made all the difference.... [ More ]

I had bought some Lottery tickets and completely forgot about them. I found the tickets like 2 years later, OUCH. Luckily, only one ticket was a winner, and it was only a $5 winner and not a Multi Million dollar Winner...
