			<description><![CDATA[<p>I know there is a crown emoji in Windows, but it isn&#x27;t all that great. I wish we had a Lottery Post emoji for the purpose of crowning folks King/Queen for a Day for when they do something great, like call a straight hit in a draw. What I&#x27;m thinking about is the emoji that folks are using these days. Something in a similar cartoon style. I&#x27;m not an artist, that&#x27;s the best I do in the way of a description, sorry.</p>]]></description>
