I went back tonight Tuesday 12/05 to the same Walmart and the same door greeter Thom that said to me before don't forger me pulled-out a dollar and said lets split a ticket. I was floored. We did split a Power Ball ticket for Wednesday 01/06. I wrote the numbers down and let him hold the ticket. I can only hope I can trust him if the ticket is a winner. It would make a great media story if it pans-out.

Besides charities, I would be much more likely to share my winnings with other people that also play the lottery on a regular bases like I do.

Suppose it would be odd to people that hardly ever buy jackpot game tickets to hear a clerk say remember me when the jackpot is over $500 million. But like the former buckeye said, lots of players say and I'll remember you if I win big so it's much more common than casual players believe. Some call it a promoting positive Karma thing.

I only offer to split the ticket if they say, don't forget me . Which means I pay for all my tickets.

I think it is odd also. I had an old college friend say he would take care of all his friends if he won a major jp. I said all of your friends are financially secure, including me. So direct the money to helping the destitute and people with huge medical bills for serious illnesses.

I sold a lot of PB tix at work today, and a couple times the buyer said if he wins he would remember me.

So....I'm going to hold my breath........

Everyday I here people say, don't forget me if you win. It could be somebody I'm just talking to or the person that's selling me the ticket. I always then offer to split the cost of the ticket. Never once do they take me up on that. They always want to share in the reward but never want to share in the risk. Like that'll happen.
