			<description><![CDATA[<p>When I tried to apply this workup to the 128/182 that fell today in Virginia, it immediately became apparent that I made a stupid mistake in compiling the charts. I forgot to exclude the subsequent data from each epoch. For example, in the chart at the top, the all numbers which ever fell chart, I should have said, all numbers which fell from the beginning of this epoch until the end of this epoch and then excluded the subsequent numbers.
