The screenshots remind me 1996 and Windows 95. I saw text list ASCII wheels. There might be a folder with templates. It looks simple and easy to read.

The LD website referenced above shut down when the owner retired a number of years back, however the demo software and free wheeling can still be downloaded at the web archive copy of the site. The program runs in a windows dos window.

The simplest is to put the combinations picked in a spreadsheet program file.

You add columns with functions to create filter values.

You apply your filter conditions.

You're ready.

I take the example above. It's written $Pair, so I make a pick 6 wheel composed of 3 pairs by construction method:

1 2 4 12 16 17 : 2

11 22 33 34 45 : 2

6 10 37 40 : 2

It's a pick 6 with 900 combinations.

I filter those combinations.

I limit %2 to 2 3 4.

I limit delta 1's to maximum 2.

I get 723 lines.

As mostly you need 3/6 for any price, I use 3 if 5 with a million iterations.

The program gives me one wheel.
