Pick 3 and 4 most likely will never be offered online.

The infrastructure for the terminals was a huge investment.

I dont know how the laws are set up for the retailer to get a cut of the action .

It would be easy to allow pick 3 and 4 online also.

I would like' to pick 3 online, because the bunny path is snowed over again.

Whoever is writing these laws are probably high.

Take for example the TEXAS 5-35.

The KY Lottery offers Online wagering for all their drawn games, but I wouldn't get any pick-3 straight combination multiple times because I'm not sure if the lottery would deduct state or Federal taxes on the total winnings. And even if they don't deduct taxes, they still have a record of the winnings the IRS might be interested in.

Haven't won any Online wagers requiring a W-2G, but I'll still have to pay taxes on those bets regardless if I buy the tickets in a store or Online.... [ More ]

Well, obviously, that depends.

How much does it cost for you personally to get to the store vs how much the buttler charges for going to the store for you.

This really makes the site even more legit for anyone who has ever doubted it.

It's good they have the bigger games online and the pick 3 and pick 4 offline to go to the store,

that way retailers don't lose a lot of money.

(as cold as Minnesota gets you can stay warm inside and play).

You can play pick 3 and daily 4 on line using third party app (Jackpocket, it is official) in Texas.

No way would I do that. Don't know about the MN lottery but in WI all winnings under $600 are tax free. Say I run a ticket 10 times and hit 5/6. I take those tickets to numerous stores and collect 10 tickets worth $500 each. If this was online the state would know I won 5 grand. My guess is they would tax you on that. Could be wrong but I doubt it.

Are there any states that allow pick 3 to be played online? I have seen 5 number state games and the big multi state lotteries played online with limitations.

Online lottery ticket purchases are now available for Minnesota residents!

Minnesota does not offer the sales directly, but instead has certified a butler service to be able to make purchases on behalf of residents in the state.
