Yeah that $353 payout is crazy good!. The first 3 would be 737 which is a double so you really only needed 90 bets to cover a double.

The only recent draw I have seen that paid out below the typical $80 for a box single was for $74 when 3183 hit on 03/10/2022. This is unique in that both the first 3 and last 3 are the same box number 138. This is also one of the two 12-way Pick 4 box combos that does not equate to a Pick 3 Double box.

The Mass Numbers Game payoffs are pari-mutuel. And it looks like this system is based on getting the higher payoffs. For instance, The evening drawing paid $353 for matching the front 3 with odds of 1 in 166.7 as opposed to getting $80. There are only 120 combinations with no duplicate digits and a profit could be made by betting them all.

Your words are worthless unless she does predictions in LP and prove it to everyone here other than that might be scam. I have lucky numbers i can prove i might win something but only play when I feel good to go. You also don't mention which game she plays. I only follow those good predictors or i would say oracles.

From their website:

63% of total bets for Numbers will be placed in the game's prize pool to be shared by winners in accordance with a pari-mutuel formula.

Most state pick 3 games in the U.S. pay box singles payout at $80, and doubles at $160. The numbers game is paying much better than that.
