Thanks but I do not play scratchers. It was a one off question from a neighbor. She does not have the time to do all of that and I do not either.

Hi Artist77, in your instance above I'm thinking a firm no. If you or that person is hard-over on a single ticket number I suggest you build a rapport with a locally owned store. They will, once you prove good to your word, hold #s for you to buy. Think Independent Retailer = Most Customer Flexibility.

Not around here, they certainly won't. If you want a certain ticket, you have to buy all the tickets until you get to that one.

While I have not been instructed not to sell a ticket out of order, I still would not do that. A manager does an inventory of my scratch tickets every morning, and she would certainly want to know what's up with that. And most likely not approve.

As for 7-11? Who knows? I would think they would not approve either.

My neighbor was gifted a scratcher and won $100. She asked me if 7-11 clerks will allow her to request a specific ticket....like number 8...in a roll. I told her I doubted it but would check into it. I would guess no.
