Again, the Lottery Results Search Engine is more powerful than before. It can do everything the old website could do. The example you gave is really simple for it.

First, select the game type to search. Your example I assume is for Pick 3, although you didn't say. So here I am selecting Pick 3:

I would just search a number for all states, put in up to ten numbers and it would show when/where it hit. I could search all times or limit year activity. Can't do that now.

It's definitely still there. I have drawn red arrows pointing to the last post info. As rdgrnr said, press the green arrow to immediately jump to the last post. In the new website I have made the area around the green arrow clickable to go to the last post too, so you don't have to precisely hit the right spot if you're going quickly.

I have heard multiple people say they are finding the search page difficult to find, but I have designed it to be literally found exactly the same way as before. Sorry I didn't see this earlier as I enter my numbers for the week on Friday night. The old style of previous numbers from which I derive the new ones was no problem to copy and paste. The new format does not lend itself to pasting into CoverMaster once copied.

Hi Todd, there is a problem with the editor. When I entered * asterisk multiple times, it automatically assumes that I wanted to italicize the entire sentence. That is incorrect. This makes it impossible to enter any sentences or paragraph with more than one asterisk.

I'm sorry, I had to remove the print option because it was causing some technical problems due to some really long threads with thousands of pages. Instead, I have improved the printouts when you print the threads directly. (You should try it.)

If you save lottery post pages as bookmarks like I do, you will notice that the link addresses have changed. So you will have to update your bookmarks as well.

I disagree. It is designed to configure itself for the best desktop and mobile experience, whichever type of device you use.

Certain things like the forum listings have had much of the clutter removed (much of which was rarely used by people), but I'd challenge you to find a single page on desktop that has less content on it than the old website.

Growing pains.

We'll get used to what we need to get used to. What's a big deal to a small percentage of us may get little to no attention. The new site is meant to be more mobile device friendly because significantly more people log onto LP on a mobile device. So gone may be the days of seeing everything or a lot on one page. I primarily use a desktop with multiple screens to get the full experience so I miss seeing everything on one page but hey I know how to adapt and keep movin... [ More ]

Correct. The numbers are shown in the order they are drawn, with the earliest drawings first. Having states listed on multiple rows was a kludge on the old site, and has been fixed on the new one.

The font was carefully chosen to be sure it was not smaller. It is just different. (In fact in many places it's larger.) I'd suggest giving your eyes some days to adjust to the new font, and I think you'll end up preferring it over the older one.

Not so happy for me, this website removes the ability to create a link to my searches, it has to be re keyed for every search, it robs the most precious thing we have, time.

enter my number and have the info, now it adds 8 steps. Any way to circumvent this

Update on new website launch

We are still on track to launch the new Lottery Post on Sunday, as planned. It is still regarded as tentative because it is always possible that something will come up at the last minute that will prevent it, but so far so good.

I've been trying the preview site for my work outs for pick 3. The Vtrac and daily number results include the double draw! That's cool! Thank you!

The only thing I'm missing, so far is the 60 day in the inspection tool. That's where the doubles show up.

It goes to the last post in a thread if you tap the green arrow on a forum post. But if you tap on any area away from the green arrow it goes to the top of the thread.

I don't know what happens behind the scenes, but (at least in Firefox) the green arrow shows as the same link and goes to the first page when opened in a new window, which is how I always open things instead of having to go from a thread back to the forum.

It gets stored on the Lottery Post server. It's not Notepad like an application on your computer that saves to files on your hard disk. It is a simple scratch notepad area that you can save some quick notes or something. It has been there for the past 20 years.
