Here's an additional twist. Suppose the twin convention elects 1 set of twins out of the 50 to be Twins of the Year. Assume the same particulars as the originally posed question but with the additional stipulation that the 10, 20, and 30 randomly chosen people must contain exactly 1 person from the Twins of the Year.
