What gives you the impression they have to make all information available to the public?

I doubt that very much. I'm sure they would want to keep their number generating software algorithm very private

I had a question I know that the states are required to make all information available to the public when it comes to a specific lottery the state of south Carolina holds, my question is are they required to inform us on what type of computer programming they use to generate the south Carolina cash 5 lottery numbers? I hope this makes sense the way I'm asking Mahalo for your time.
