For May 2023 the digit 4 had the least number of hits of 12, and digits 6 and 9 had the most number of hits of 23

So you combine the digits into Box 469, or play the 6 straight combos from 469.

If there are only 2 digits (i.e. no ties like 6 and 9) then you make doubles instead.
