How many draws do you want to go back and then predict? Each number would be given a count on those draws back. Each five numbers would then have a count pattern. That's your starting point. Then create from there. This can all be done in excel. A simple countifs function can get you this first step.

Your question is way too vague. Are you trying to predict a computer (RNG-Rigged Numbers Game) system or are you trying to predict a ball drawn system?

Nobody can answer this unless you are more specific!
