Glad you are ok! I just finish my rehab on my right rotator cuff! I had surgery April 6th! Rehab is necessary and it's a step to getting better

They have stairs , I have to be able to climb them 10 times, right now just one trip up leaves me short of breath, I have a long way to go.

Hospital, had a lung infection, the Dr.s Nurses, Janitors and lunch ladies did horrible unspeakable things to me.

I had to share a bathroom with stinky, was so happy to go home.

My husband and son barely survived without me, KFC, Pizza, Rib Shack, at least the house was a cluttered mess, and my look of utter disappointment spurrred them into action. I even got chocolate pudding out of it.

After going through a stack of mail 4 inches thick and paid the bills, I was finally able to
