When ever a Pick 3 stack comes out ...

take a LOOK at the Pick 4 combos that dropped.

Are there any Pick 4 combos with a digit 4 in it? Yes? No?

Those Pick 4 combos are located to the right of the Pick 3 column, (see the results chart), that shows the stacked digits. .

In this example, there are NO Pick 4 4 digits in the combos to the right of the Pick 3 stack.

on the RIGHT side of the pick 3 matrix ...this should come out in five days...he shows the seven coming

down on the right side stacked three times ...I can't tell what he's saying on the right side of the matrix 3 ?

You are looking for this SET UP.

1.) The state MUST have both

Pick 3 and Pick 4 games.

.

2.) The same digit is stacked in the same position exactly under each other 3 times in Pick 3.

It can be the first, second or third position in the draw. (This is CESARFC2000 s Matrix Three Strategy.)

on the right side of the matrix 3 ..it should come out in five days ...if the matrix three has sevens where does

This strategy works about 75% of the time when the Matrix 3 comes out.

When ever a Matrix 3 comes out,

one of the numbers in Pick 4 that has a number 4 in it,

on the right side of the Matrix 3

should come out within 5 days .

A player should still do there homework / workouts to find a

matching winning number .
