I've always believed that the pick 3 system was somehow not completely on the up-and-up. After doing some research and watching some lottery draws that were posted to Youtube, I spotted something that confirmed that suspicion.

What I saw in that video had nothing to do with numbers being drawn , but in fact the person drawing the numbers. There was something that stuck out between two days of draws, that caught my eye, and that confirmed my suspicions and sent me down the rabbit hole.
