Beginning stages, it's wiping out customers service. I can literally pay a young dude or chick to give them a commission on every customer. they can speak and ask certain questions and then give the answer immediately.

There is nothing to download. I use chat gpt to do my ecommerce site, I use it on my other website, you need to know what to ask it. You need to ask it a couple of sentences.

Ex.

Write me a product description of a book, bulletpoints, etc. Ya can't quite say it needs to be ebay standards and casini even though you're going that direction.

or if its pistachios or pecans.

Write me a product description of uspecans, decent description maybe short, how my product is b... [ More ]

Applied AI has already done some good, in it's ability to shorten the process of calculating compounds to treat certain diseases and reduce the research time from months to minutes.

Like any other tool, it is subject to misuse and abuse, but that is a human thing.

There is an existential danger inherent in using AI, but that risk is existential in the philosophical rather than apocalyptic sense. AI in its current form can alter the way people view themselves. It can degrade abilities and experiences that people consider essential to being human.
