			<description><![CDATA[<p>Numbers run in cycles especially in Pick 3 4. They are like electric stoves in a way. You turn it on, it gradually warms up till it&#x27;s hot, they stay hot for however long or short a period of time (draws). Then you turn it off and it gradually gets cold again. You just need to catch them at the right time. As they&#x27;re warming up and before they get too cold.</p>]]></description>
