Turned out it was a printer error and found a knowledgeable clerk that ran the numbers on them paid me. You'll probably have to do the same thing.

To my surprise the store scanner showed invalid ticket. They were bought in July, all at the same place.

I took them back to where they were bought only to be told their terminal has not been working for the last three days.
