The fact that 300 million tickets are sold and the odds are 1:300M does not mean that every ticket combination was bought.

A few weeks ago 8 people matched the first five numbers for the 1M prize and one player won 5M because they had the multiplier on.

So if 8 people played the same numbers and won, how many more duplicate numbers are played?

Exactly. Look at the odds of any major jackpot. Lotteries dont have to cheat. I fact, they want winners, its great publicity. Simple common sense.

I also believe that people that believe lotteries cheat and still buy tickets are....a little goofy in the head.

rigged they cheat right in front of you smoke and mirrors slide of hand trick machine makes you think you see whats going on why only 1 camera angle and why is the bottom of the machine covered why the wall right behind the machine i want to see every side of the whole machine and option to change camera views during the drawing but they are hiding how they cheat thats why they would never ever let any other then the 1 camera show the drawing
