I agree that having a high quality lottery wheeling software with the ability to set conditions, such as limiting contributions from specific decade hats could be very useful for generating optimized patterns. IMHO You really need a high quality lottery wheeling software that allows you to set conditions for contributions to the whole from each decade hat. Like 0-2 from hat 1, 0-2 from hat 2 - 7, etc. however all it's going to do is create a pattern template among the potential thousands that would fit the bill. 1 in a 1,000 may be much better than 1 in millions, but I wouldn't put money on it.

I m not a fan of AI for this. I d prefer input from some of the brightest minds on the lottery forum to code an output that showcases this data properly.
