			<description><![CDATA[<p>My take is a person takes the time and pays the money for a ticket, how hard can it be to check that ticket? It can be done in the comfort of home on the computer. How hard can it be to take a ticket that has won any amount of money, but certainly a large amount of money, and make the claim for that money? If such a person is that lazy to not even bother to check the ticket within 6 months or a year, whatever the lottery requires, they didn&#x27;t care about winning anyway.
