			<description><![CDATA[<p>Consider having a dedicated machine for older software, for Advanced Lotto Tool I had to install windows virtual machine to run it, other programs can be run using the windows properties for older versions, though I suppose you already know that.<br /><br />I tried that. Had an older desktop for that purpose but it died of old age. On new machines all attempts to run on Windows DOS shell failed. Wonder why? An unbalanced wheel has one or two numbers on more lines than other numbers, but usually not on the 1/3 you&#x27;re looking for.<br /><br />For a pick 6 lotto type game, use a 30 line pick 5 wheel and then create a pick 6 wheel by adding your two or three numbers. You may have to make your own wheel using a wheel maker.</p>]]></description>
