I get the same way. Kind of a full blown panic. But I have a reason. One day I was checking out pick five numbers. And I got this weirdo feeling. That my number was gonna come out for the nite draw. Then got extremely excited then completely exhausted. So I said to myself I'm gonna take a nap. Then when I get up. Ill get some tickets. Woke up and talked myself out of going. Quess what happened? I do not like worrying if I played the same number's, every draw. I would rather play some repeat's. Plus different number's.

Me too. I cannot imagine the stress that would cause someone. After a while, your life would revolve around checking and rechecking to verify you played your numbers. Too ocd for me.

What I fear about playing the same numbers is the mental trap that it puts you in.

What if I don't play and my numbers are drawn??

That fear becomes so real when one plays the same set of numbers, the feeling is that soon they will get drawn. How soon is the question.

You would not want the numbers 20 years of disappointment so far. And a quick pick is just as good as someone playing the same numbers like me.But I would like to talk to someone who played the same numbers for ever. Then eventually hit. Just to ask a couple questions

That's awesome you can get an extra ticket next draw. My numbers are getting close. Real close! I know it don't matter except for in horseshoes and hand grenades. But I like the small feel good feeling I get when I'm close.

I had a dry spell late 2024. Bought a few scratchers and draws games in February 2025. Won $98.00 on SuperLotto, $20.00 on 2 different scratchers. I buy tickets at the grocery store and the gas stations. Seem to have better luck at gas stations, they probably sell more scratchers than other places.

I hear you - that has been a long while playing.

I almost always play quick picks, don't have any special numbers.

I also approach the lottery as a form of entertainment, more like a sports team.

Sometimes the team wins, sometimes they loose, sometimes the loosing streak is long

I never see the money spent as a loss, I view it same way as my insurance premiums, the premiums are not beneficial to me until something happens

Yea I've watched some of thouse videos. Where people win a fraction of there money back and there happy about it. Never understood that...... Your better off throwing half your money out of your car window going down the road. Atleast you know you still have half. I get on my states lottery website and can see who won. I dunno man. When they announced computer drawings in my state everyone was complaining. And saying there done. And there still doing computer games. But yea.......it's gonna take a boycott for them to change there ways. And in my state if you do win. Which is highly unlikely. They steal half back in taxes. So if you think about it. I subscribe to several youtubers who post sessions where they do Pennsylvania scratchers. It started off with me wanting to see if there were tickets that were running hot or patterns of purchase that would improve hits. Over time, I've grown completely discouraged by what they're posting. Hits coming less and less frequently and for smaller amounts. I'm about completely over it. Been playing the same numbers for 20 years and nothing. Used to buy scratchers. Pick 4 and 5 tickets. Soon as my state went to computer draws I stopped playing pick 4 and 5. I could buy 5-6 twenty dollar scratchers now and not win a dime after they went to computer draw. I think they did something with scratch tickets now to. So I basically just play pb and mm. Because I been playing the same numbers for 20 years. It's been a dry spell for me so far in 2025.

Despite playing each and every MM and PB draw. I am yet to win a dime

The jackpots also seem to be growing very slowly - not sure if that's just my mind seeing it that way though.

Nway, am still in it.
