I got this formula, but for some reason doesn't work:

=IF(AND(A1 , A2 A1), COUNTIF(A$1:A1, A1)-SUMIF(A$1:A1, A1, B$1:B1) A1, )

Could someone help me with formula , much appreciated

Thank you for reply, but I looking for is the count of occurrences of consecutive cells on column A, again thank you for your feedback

Cell C1 contains the value 3. Counts how many cells that contain text or numbers in column B1 through B10 which is 3A, 2C, and 3B

quick question for excel users, which formula I have to use to count cells vertically and reference that count on a different column, like this sample:

and so on, can someone help me on this formula, much appreciated
