Yes, Missouri recently had free pop cash tickets, and I won on both.

I told my son to put more money on the pop cash number, but, he didn't, so we missed that glitch.

I do believe this was some sort of malfunction or glitch. The store I work at usually does around 200-300$ in online lotto which includes the cash pop game. That Friday ONE guy did 40k in a single day. He kept winning $250 on ALL of his free tickets. He would take that $250 and put more cash pop tickets and then again all of those free tickets would win $250.
