For the Third Digit i am doing a Plus 3 and Minus 3 .

811 = 8 = 9,0,1 7,6,5

I didnt us all of them. Sometimes a player can change there numbers

based on what they see in Pick 4 or other strategies .

69 i bring the 8

69 with the mirror of 8 which is 3 .

69 then i minus/ plus one the 8= 7 - 9 but i dont use the 9

cause it will create a Double .

63 i bring the 8

63 i cant mirror the 8 to a 3 cause it will create a Double .

Take one of the double digits and Flip it using the chart above.

Go to number 6 in the chart and pair those numbers with the second 6 .

66 = 9 and 3

The pairs would be 69 and 63 .
