That's why I posted it. This is a variation of a rundown. All combos will touch. And it's not 10,305 combinations.

There are 84 box combinations if you wheel all 9 digits together. But that's not what we're doing here.

As I've already stated all combinations will touch.

Right now there's around 40 combinations which is why I said to look for the most common patterns.

In Nova Scotia, we have the Lotto 4 game. Which is a 4 digit lottery.

Any 3x3 grid used in such a way has about 10,305 combinations where adjacents touch.

As there are only 1,000 combinations in the pick 3, the only way you will not find a winner is if the tenth digit is picked, as the grid has only 9 digits. Also pair and triples would not work if all 9 digits are unique, but there are 720 unique combos in the 1,000 possibilities.

The real question is can picks be derived that are affordable to play?

Take the date number or second digit from the date.

Ex: the 21st would be 1

Minus 3, include the date number, add 3

If we start with the 12 of Aug 2025 we would use 2

Plus 1 rundown to 3 places
