IF the temperature in the room had anything to do with the draws, then it stands to reason that the outside temps would affect the inside temps. But why worry about data that is not available? Even if you could somehow get all of that unavailable data and exactly model their physical setup, you would not be able to duplicate their results.</p>]]></description>

Weather does not matter as they do not publish this data in the context of the drawing, AND PA uses PRNG in day games and Ball machines at night. Ball machines have test draws, which they also do not publish. Anything not obtainable is just that, not obtainable. If weather played a role, there would be some sort of seasonality present in the data, which is not there when looking with SARIMA.
