They are, but only because most of the tickets are QPs.

I use a histogram, with the numbers that appear most frequently in the future , not in the past!

Why don't you skip a step and just play numbers that win in the future?

I prefer numbers I know the machines algorithm is capable of picking.

Even if the game is RNG those QP tickets aren't generated by the same machine that picks the winning numbers, and there's no gu... [ More ]

This might be unpopular but I usually do Quick Picks. I prefer numbers I know the machines algorithm is capable of picking. (Maybe Im superstitious but theres no such thing as true random in programming imo.)

When I do choose my numbers I button mash random combinations! I try to make it as random as possible so I'm not bias.

Always played systems based on own software.

Never played QPs.

Played several different selection methodologies, in the sequence below.

Each methodology has its own specific analytics.

1. Numbers - combined into small groups.

Statistics used: frequencies, skips, repetitions, delays and similars.

2. Digits in numbers - FDs BDs analyzed and recombined into much larger number groups.

Statistics used: frequencies and trends.

When I first started playing I used street numbers from places I'd lived. IIRC, all but one were birthday numbers. I think NY lotto only had 40 numbers at the time so it didn't matter much that most of my numbers were ones other people might play more often. At some point after that I switched to a combination of numbers that I figured most people wouldn't choose, hoping to increase my chance of being a sole winner. Then they introduced quick picks, so 70 to 80% of players no longer have numbers... [ More ]

Sometimes QP, but I also have pennies that I numbered that I draw from a cup at random sometimes.

And sometimes I use LP's random number generator.

Curious how this crowd actually does it, since there's clearly every school of thought here. I'll admit I bounce between a couple of these depending on the game and my mood frequency charts when I'm feeling analytical, straight quick picks when I'm not.
