Hello,> I have a Philadelphia lottery raffle ticket that I purchased (From A coworker)> for an August 8th drawing. There are 10 three digit numbers.> I am not sure which Lottery this is or If I won. It is a little blue card with> a perforated door that you open to view yor numbers. Any Suggestions?> Amy
