			<description><![CDATA[<p>Does anyone have any experience with a lottery puchasing service. I live in SW Florida but follow the Big Game and Powerball. I want to sign up with a service that  monitors  tickets. They state emphatically that they do not sell tickets but offer a service instead. I was wondering what would happen if the numbers I submit were to win a grand prize. Would the issuing state declare the win null and void?
