			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t play much New York Lotto because the prize pool is ONLY 40% sales. NY Take Five is a better game, but, you need to be a  solo  winner to get a six-figure prize. I live in Westchester County, so I often play Powerball, and, occasionally, Connecticut  Classic Lotto . As for the Big Game, I prefer going to New Jersey because of the much-improved Pick-6 Lotto (over the  bogus number  version). 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Sparky: Take the cash (lump sum)-there are annuity jackpots which are paid over _30_ installments, and some annuities give you less money in the first payment than in the second. If you&#x27;re in Massachusetts, DO NOT play  Megabucks  or  Mass Millions  as the Mass. Lottery still refuses to give players a cash option (though Big Game winners in all seven states can choose lump sum.)
