From the looks of your contract,you are looking for someone with a formula similar to the Black-Scholes Formula used to manage risk in buying and selling stocks. It was featured in a recent Frontline show on PBS and the economists involved won a Nobel prize. If such a formula or system exists in lottery playing one could get his rewards by playing the lottery not by sharing it with the world for $100.
