			<description><![CDATA[<p>Paul, you sound a little vague, but I&#x27;ll try. Mass. has four lotto games, and Mass Cash 5/35 probably is the best bet (depending on the Big Game jackpot.) For whatever reason, Mass. continues to require winners of its Megabucks or  Mass Milions  to receive annuity payments, even though Big Game winners are allowed to collect in lump sum. (Interestingly, the Connecticut 5/35 game, if you disregard its Kicker option, is exactly the same except for second prize-and is played EVERY NIGHT instead of... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/57092/61951">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
