			<description><![CDATA[<p>LottoWorld Magazine tried a lot of things and they did try to publish promotional materials for the state lotteries. The real Lottery Player&#x27;s Magazine included casino material and was in newspaper size and type. It was supposedly nationalat least by subscription sold by Publisher&#x27;s Clearing House and the like in the early ninties. They used to sell lotto tickets from their Regal Service Bureau. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>In 1996-97, the New York Lottery distributed a monthly lottery magazine to its agents for their customers to receive free with a $5 ticket purchase (otherwise the book cost 50c.) LPM was an offshoot of Lotto World magazine, since there were ads for LW. Other states were supposed to offer this publication. (I am not referring to Lotto People, which is a free magazine at Connecticut lottery retailers.)
