You can't copyright numbers, but you can copyright or should considered as copyrighted any text around them. So if Daily wrote about how or where to use the numbers, that was copyrighted and can't or shouldn't be used without his permission.

If there's one thing I've seen that works with the lottery, it's people who have FUN doing it. Please read his msg again. He posted exactly the way it was, and the way it could be. He even praised him and wished him well. If Daily just wanted to offer his numbers to help others and not get flack in return, all he had to do was post them on a forum and not correspond with anyone. I also just saw your well written post at maybells and just saw the reply to you by a jake. Why is he or she implying that Daily's Numbers were not Free? I read more than once that Daily said his numbers would always be free. Was anyone charged for them? I wasn't. Todd, why are they DISTORTING EVERYTHING AND POSTING TO PEOPLE LIES AND THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE ABOUT DAILY AND HIS SITE? Thanks

I find it odd that I posted here about Daily's numbers hitting the pick 4 in pa and no one replied. Now I see elsewhere people posting negative message's about what he is and did for everyone so I really wonder if they ever really supported him in the first place or just acted like they did just to get him to keep posting his winning numbers. You're right, I was not around when he was posting on Maybells.I only knew of him from the ones who sang his praises and when he opened his site. The people who were nasty to D#'s missed the whole point of Maybell's -- a place where lottery players can compare numbers and systems and learn from each other. In a competitive family sort of way -- but not nasty and not cutthroat.People gave Lucky a hard time too -- I recall Lucky having to quit responding to messages on the board over there.-Todd

oldham, I guess you were not around when daily use to post his numbers at maybells. he would just post one or two numbers for everyone and by golly, they would hit and then so many people their got real jelaous that they basically ran him out with multiple very nasty message's to him and daily replied and told everyone that since he is out of town alot he had his daughter go to maybells and copy the message's for him so he wouldn't miss them and his daughter read the many nasty message's posted... Oldham,I see your point, but think of it from D#'s perspective.He puts a lot of effort into churning out a great deal of winning combos. Then, someone takes his numbers, or takes variations on his numbers, and posts them as their own. If one comes in a winner, the fraud gets all the credit. Worse yet, once the fraud gets to be known as someone who picks a lot of winners, they go sell their numbers as a new system.I completely understand D#'s position on this. I must have a larger back-bone than some....I can't understand why someone on a forum, posting as two, or three, or however many other people, has anything to do with someone else on a completely different website, offering numbers for free. Daily tried to call it quits a week ago, and was begged by many to stay. I for one, am glad he continued...but, it didn't last long. I'm really not sure what he was after in his post today. I am at loss for words, how sad, the sky feels like it just fell on the earth. How can anyone do this to anyone?? I can't imagine, the pain and grief Daily's family is going thru at this moment. He only wanted to do good, for all or just a few. How can anyone do this to such a good man, honest and caring to others need. Daily if you read this, my prayers are with you and your love one's. What a sad state of affairs!!!I wonder how many millions of dollars these people would make if they put the same amount of time into a legitimate buisness as they do in trying to hussle people...I am afraid that I dont buy anything over the internet...so I could not reference any for sale system..I will look around while I am surfing and see if I can determine anything..I probably wont spend much time on that though....

DailyNumbers has given his final farewell on his site. Apparently (according to his statement) there were people (maybe even just one person) who were (was) taking his predictions and posting them as theirs, for profit, etc.Since D#'s was reluctant to name the person, does anyone here have any idea who he's talking about? Maybe someone can look into this some more and figure out who it is. Because I sure as heck would like to boycott their site and/or out them if possible.-Todd
