			<description><![CDATA[<p>Since I live in Westchester County, NY, at least twice a week, I visit Connecticut. Their almost-forgotten CT  Classic Lotto  is $13 million for Friday. The 6/44 game pays $2 for a three-number match and returns an average of 52% in prizes. If you live in Massachusetts (6/49 and 6/42 games still ANNUITY-ONLY), Rhode Island, or the east side of the lower Hudson Valley, it&#x27;s worth a drive to CT (even Greenwich-no lines) to play it.
