This includes legitimate state lottery games-Massachusetts Megabucks 6/42 and Mass Millions 6/49 (both games 20 annual payments ONLY) Washington State's Lucky for Life and Oregon's Win for Life (both online games similar to the failed MUSL Cash4Life ) and the various scratch games that DO NOT have a cash option.

Two good sites for lists of games were mentioned in this thread, but it is up to you to check the rules before you start to play and to recheck every couple of months for changes and to question changes like the prize suddenly doubling or them going to a daily draw when they claim to use the draw results from a twice weekly drawn game. Quacko Lotto is no longer listed on www.lotto-logix.com another good guide to games worth playing. I think some of these games were on the edge before 911 and everything dropped into a hole after. Look at how www.webmillion.com changed their rules, 40 year payout with balloon payment of most of the prize at the end, tell me that's going to work out. Dear Ian,I used to call the phone nos. of quacko for some questions, but the operator just said the phone is not in service and so I opt_out at once.I check the free lotto listings on www.lottalottos.com (a good guide),it's strange that the quacko got winners and insured. Now it is not recommended ayymore.
