			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Skony,It could very well affect Ohio and other states, too. It all depends on what&#x27;s hitting. I usually take the last number that hit in a drawing, find it on the board I&#x27;m working with at that time, and try to pull another number from that area. It&#x27;s kind of hard to explain because there are other factors I consider, too when trying to pick. For example, I notice stuff like  6s  and  9s  falling together in drawings, which to me is a sign that a triple is in the making.
