I believe they are ALL the same with the exception of those that are pari-mutual payers, not worth mentioning in a software unless showing an example of working the system in which case you only need to know specificlly for that state.

George, I travel, and have checked the rules and payooffs on every state I have played in,which is a lot.I know for the pick three these states all have the same pay outsWash,Calif,texas,Mo,Minn,Wis, Il, In, Oh, Mi,,N.Y.,Pa,Del,D.C.Va,.Wva.Ga,Fl, And I'm sure I am missing a few, all basically have the same pay outs for there pick three, and rightfully so because theodds are the same.It is the pick 4 that usually has different pay outs, and that is because some states pay off by pools,mass. I was hoping someone had already compiled this information in one web-page.Well, it looks like I will have to put on the jungle boots and grab the machete to again take on the role of explorer.I will be kind enough to post my findings for everyone on my new website........../George

Ohio,Michigan and Indiana lottery websites shows the odds and pay-out for all their games. I would assume all states that have lotteries provide the same information. Ohio lottery website has links to all the other states and canadian websites. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.RJOh

Friends,As most of you know, I am working with Black Colin Designs to finish the Sedertree Wheeling System Software.I have a question that someone may know the answer to. Does there exist somewhere here on the internet, a page that shows the payouts for each states 3 and 4-Digit Games and possibly Canada's?I don't know if it too late in the game to get this information into the programming. But I'll try........../George
