			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello: On E-Bay when you look up lotto or lottery system there are many offers of a System-X from the U.K. for only around 3pounds. It appears to be a 3if3 or 4if6 wheel for 15 numbersand maybe a picking system. Some of the ads say they have theimproved or only picking system that works / been fixed to workor maybe fixed by someone who wasn&#x27;t qualified, who knows.
