			<description><![CDATA[<p>You didn&#x27;t say which wheel systems you were using, but a wheel system that has the same coverage and same guarantee is not likely to do any better. If you don&#x27;t include the winning numbers in the wheel, it not going to pick a winner. The easiest way to include all the winning numbers in your wheel is to use a larger wheel.
