			<description><![CDATA[<p>Agreed. Scratch cards are the place where lotteries should be testing their wild,  different  ideas and concepts. Most lotteries mature and weed out the junk. Some lotteries (hopefully) will not make the mistakes others have. S.C., for example, seems to be heading in the right direction from the start.-Todd</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Todd: I&#x27;m directing this at you because Washington State has two &#x27;oddball&#x27; games with formats NJ has tried. #1-  Quinto  is a pick-5 game that uses _playing_cards_ instead of the usual 1-thru-X. You had a  5-Card-Lotto  in 1988-1990. (Ironically,  Quinto  has 52 balls-which means players might use playing cards to pick  MegaMillions  numbers.) #2-WA also has a &#x27;Lotzee&#x27;-type game,  Lucky-for-Life , which is a mostly quick-pick game, and, the $1000-per-week-for-life top prize would be better suite... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/58908/67320">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
