Really appreciate you answering the mail. I think I'll have my friend in VA purchase tickets and IF I hit I'll fly down. This Todd individual replied to some mail I sent and informed me that this type of arrangement was okay. Didn't say weather it was legal or not, but I see no difference in someone giving a gift or acting as a butler agent. For future games TOP, if you would like I will buy you tickets and E-Mail you a copy of the ticket, before the drawing takes place of course. There is no sense of spending money for postage for losing tkts (or posible mail violations) should you have a small prize it will be kept in the kitty for future tickets. The tickets cost $1 so lets say I charge you 1.10 and 5% of any winnings over $400.I am trustworthy so let me know if you want to start with 1 tkt or 5

I think they should sale state lotto tickets online. It would cut out a lot of the overhead for maintaining each stores in the states lotto machines. It would save a lot of time for people who like to play a wide range of numbers instead of filling out many lotto slips.Cheters

This is the TopDawg from the last frontier--Alaska. Having written the GLC they responded of course disclaiming any affiliation with playbiggame.com. They also indicated that purchasing tickets online or mailing tickets via USPS is illegal. How does any online agent get around this. We do not have any type of a lottery game here in Ak, however, I would like to play, specifically THE BIG GAME. What I am afraid of is revealing credit card info to fraud.
